I went to Napoli Kia in Milford for the first time for an oil change, and I don't usually write reviews but I have to say the service was amazing! I was helped by Marissa and she was so great and so nice! She was extremely helpful, too. They looked over my car and ended up finding a few other things that needed work and explained everything in depth to me. They seemed like they actually cared about the wellbeing of my car which was something I've never experienced before anywhere else I've been for my car. The prices were extremely fair, a lot better than I thought it'd be for a car dealership. I will definitely be returning!

I went in for a scheduled oil change and decided to browse around since my lease was expiring soon. Denis was a professional from the beginning to the end. Very informative, answered all of my questions. He spent 3 hours reviewing my options before I made a final decision. I felt like he was working for me rather than pushing for a commission. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I ended up walking out with a 2018 Optima...I get a lot of compliments. If you are looking to buy make sure you ask for go him.
