I went to this dealership to receive an oil change. I received my oil change, however, I noticed that an expensive personal item was taken from my vehicle. I contacted Mazda and was informed that “no one would do that...” The advisor “looked” around for my personal item and did not see it. I was informed that someone would contact me the next day... never received any communication. I contacted the service advisor and the general manager.... to only be told that they would again look into the issue. I continued to contact them and they decided to write a check to replace my personal item. A note to everyone, lock your personal belongings up! Thank you for resolving my problem Mazda but I will not be back.
By far the best experience i have had at a dealership. Best prices around, no haggle and no pressure. The sales staff was so friendly and kind to my wife and I. Highly recommended. Thanks again Gary Skitromo and Rich Jackson, you guys rock.
Awful place through and through. Mazda sales staff are not trustworthy at all and sell you on things that can't follow through on. Service department is awful too and tries to sell you on totally unnecessary maintenance, while ignoring the specific needs requested on the visit. After several times visiting, I will never use this awful dealer again.
Reliable, friendly service. No surprises. Wait time kept to a minimum for scheduled service. Clean, comfortable waiting room in service area, stocked with snacks. Staff treats you like you matter. Our new car was handed over with a special ceremony and gift bag with a nod to former owner, the late, great Paul Newman. Highly recommend this dealership.
This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealer. Julian was my sales guy and he was fantastic. He took my exact requirements, showed me what I wanted, and let me make my own decisions. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision, it was really a positive experience. No agenda on their part. Mazda definitely stood behind their product and let the car down for itself. Also you CAN'T find a car this good for this price! I'm referring every person I know to Mazda of Milford, you won't be let down.
