Great service but cars interiors could be cleaner when picked up. Windows are always a bit of a mess and I took my rental to my car wash spot to have it properly cleaned for the nearly 3 weeks I had the car. Just needed it completely clean when I knew I would have it that long. Otherwise - great experience.

Once again we were happy with the transaction!! We went to trade in our car a few weeks ago. The minute we walked in we were greeted and treated very well. Eric informed us that they didn't have the car we were looking for on the lot, but would get it for us. I was concerned of finances and he said I should look into other cars before making a decision. He didn't just try to sell me a car; which most car salesman do, he actually cared that we made the right choice. Eric found us the car that we were happy with and he made the transition a smooth one. Everyone there was helpful and kind. Ill be honest we went to another Jeep dealership on Westport Ave. the same day after Eric told us he didn't have the car we were looking for. We walked out after waiting a few minutes. Not because we had to wait, but it was so impersonal. To them it was just another sell. No one even acknowledge us. Not at Enterprise!! They make you feel like family. The have great cars. There was know high power sale. And the price was so good we could not walk out the door with out are new vehicle
