Pretty good service, great architectural design and convienient location right off the highway. Staff is professional but are not always quick if there is an issue.
Sooo not recommended. We spent about 20 minutes in the room and decided that my family is not staying there. We left. Didn't even bother to complain because some of the issues we came across had to be seen at least by housekeeping. Room smelled like stale smoke and my husbands eyes started to burn within 15 minutes of being in the room. There was a used blue towel left next to the tv. (hotel towels were white). Not sure what that was about. My son found garbage under the bed and he refused to take a shower due to yellow stains on the tub. Granted he is only 13 but he was even grossed out by that. He wouldn't even sit on the bed. Now for the kicker (no pun intended) the bathroom door was damaged because it looked like someone tried to kick it in and on the opposite side of the bathroom door was an actual footprint. All sorts of scenarios went through my head with that one. I normally don't write reviews but this experience was too much. Moral of story: do your research into motels/hotels before booking. Final note: in order to post this I had to pick 1 star. I really didn't want to.
Extremely friendly staff was very helpful and courteous. The included continental breakfast was convenient. Room was spacious, but furniture was in poor condition. Pillows and bedding felt old. The shower ran for a long time before any hot water was available, and the tub and walls looked dirty. The phone in the room didn't connect to the front desk so we had to walk outside to talk to a staff member when we needed an iron. Closet was small considering the size of the room.
Room 318 had bedbugs. I killed 2 of them. One on my pillow and one in the bathroom. Took pics and videos. They moved me rooms and haven't seen anything else since. But thats a no go for me.
The hotel staff was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. However, the door didn't seem to shut all the way. Very convenient to stores and places for food and coffee.
