Friendly staff and inviting lobby. Service was excellent. Very pleased.

Had my Daughter's first baby shower on 09/23/17; the hotel was meticulously clean, staff was impressively helpful beginning with the general manager Jennifer, Vontress, Mathew and many more! This was a stressful event for me to plan as my creativity hat was on off, the team made it a de stressful planning event , I can't explain how grateful I am as well as pleased . The hotel presents as inviting and clean; i didn't rent a room but I am sure they would also be well kept, since Holiday Inn has a good reputation for their up keep. Keep up the work everyone! Thank you! I would recommend to anyone!
The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous. My only complaint is that I asked for a late checkout of an extra 1/2 hour, I was told "No, we no longer do late checkouts". There are times when this allowance is needed and for me it was one of those times. In all my years of staying in hotels, I've never been denied a late check-out. Unfortunately, this will make me think twice before staying here again when as a guest, you never know when that allowance may be needed during your travels.
Bathrooms need help ..but service was good, and was clean , breakfast was great. Lil over priced ...but get what u pay for ! No matter what don't go to Howard Johnson around the corner.. I left there to come here ..this place felt like paradise! ✌
