I usually have an ok experience at best. However, I cannot get over the fact that EVERY time I call the store NO ONE answers. We can see LIVE if the store is busy and we can see the store hours. You are open yet I have called literally 5 times in a row and still get no answer like you’re closed. If someone does decide to answer, ATTITUDE. This is ridiculous.
At self check out, the machine happened to freeze and lock up on me causing an inconvinence. Thankfully the manager and higher employees worked efficiently to aid me, and even offered a gift card for the hold up. amazing customer service, good selection and would give 5 stars if it weren't for the machine breaking down.

Single largest Walmart I've ever seen. If you can't find it here, you can't find it anywhere! Includes groceries as well. Has the service of they shop for you from your "on-line order". Wish this store was closer to me!
I came in today to return an on-line order. The line was very long at customer service and mainly one person working. The second person who finally came along, was dragging her feet. They were not phased by the long line. I then went to see where pick-up for on-line orders was and saw another long line at the only register opened. There are employees walking around, getting paid, and not stepping up. Where are the so called managers who oversee efficiency or lack of? Poorly run and poor customer service! I try to avoid shopping here.
