I have to say I was very disappointed in service here. First of all I was buying one thing. Second of all there was a huge line of about 15 people with carts filled with multiple items. So I went up to the return desk and said would you mind checking me out here, I have one item. She said in a very pissy way no ma'am that wouldn't be fair to anyone else. She wasn't doing anything!!! This lady's name was Emma, I'm very dissapointed in the service!
The store really could be a great place to shop. It really could. However, the store's fixtures look like they're falling to pieces, not to mention that they're filthy. The associates seem permanently depressed, I'm guessing that's because there's no support from leadership here. They do their best, but if your transaction needs a manager's approval, settle in, you're going to be there for a while. Last time I was there the poor girl paged for approval for a solid 10 minutes, with managers passing the ball back and forth - yes, we customers can hear you on your walkies. And then there's the constant pestering from the associates to sign up for more coupons and to buy whatever item it is they're featuring this week. I know they have to ask, but man, I sure don't need to tell 10 people that I don't want to give them my phone number or my email. So I don't shop there anymore.
I went to buy an advertised product on sale. The product was not available but the help I received was #1. Ronald/Donald was extremely helpful & curteous. He truly went above & beyond to try & find the product.
Nice store, fun to look around but I rarely buy unless there is a big sale.
