The worst customer service on men cashier counter behind the kilovn center
Macy is the best, I always have a great time shopping. The men's cologne section is my favorite
Went to Trumbull Macy's to look around for a father' day gift at lunch time. Didn't purchase anything because I was not sure at that time what I wanted but I did see the Polo short sleeved shirts were on sale for $59 originally $89. I was in Milford that evening so I went to the Macy's in Milford Mall. I saw the same Polo shirt and brought it to the register to purchase it and was told by the salesman it was not on sale. I told him the same shirts were on sale in Trumbull. I asked to speak to a manager and Chelsea the manager told me that they probably made a mistake on the price. I had to drive back to Trumbull to purchase the same Polo shirt for $59. Sham on you Chelsea! I asked why would Macy's have two different prices? She said they probably priced it incorrectly-not true Chelsea! Macy's in Milford will be losing business with managers like that! Too bad.
The rude women in your womens watch dept. Lost hundreds of dollars for their piss poor salesmenship. Not only did my girlfriend and I stand at the michael kors section for 10 minutes before we were even told I'll be with you soon, the woman must've walked right passed us over a dozen times before she even said a word!! Im a Ford salesmen, we would be fired for not greeting a customer like this. Then FINALLY WE GET A REP TO HELP US. Has BARELY a clue what shes talking about, then finds it fitting to tell my girlfriend she likes a watch thats made for men. Thats funny, why would a watch be produced in powder blue, rose gold, and black if it was for men? Last I checked I've never seen a man in a powder blue watch. A disgrace of salesmenship, thats like me telling a woman, no Mustangs are for men not women sorry... disgusting sevice in your watch dept. We'll order from the company directly and never consider Macys again.
