Most of the times food is fresh, only once it wasnt. (One out of 15 times probably). Recommend.
Cashier at the window has a nasty attitude. I ordered food and a large soda no ice. When I get to the window she says I put ice in your drink like she was waiting for me to agree to that. For the 3 or 4 dollars it costs for a waterdowned and usually flat coke, I wanted my money's worth, a full cup not 3/4 full of ice. I asked how much she put in and she then opens my cup and sticks some random spoon in and with her fingers slipping in she starts scooping ice out. I asked for a new one with no ice since she contaminated my drink with fingers and a spoon both of which I had no idea of knowing whether they were clean or not but either way who would be okay with that? Seriously gave me an attitude about it. You messed up my drink then contaminated it and even though I was nice to you, you have an attitude. Won't go here again.
Wendy's has gone downhill over the years. Cold food, flat soda and the people don't listen. I said for here they bagged it. I asked for the fries to be well done they were cold. I asked for Sweet and Sour sauce I did not get any. Everytime I come I go through drive-thru and they ALWAYS SCREW UP my order. I figured I would try going inside and see if they screwed up again. YuP. The ONLY Wendy's I like going to is the one on Dixwell Ave. in Hamden near the plaza. Never again at this one.
Good prices , good specials , nice people , can't ask for more !!
Food good, customer service sucks, rude ass employees, no greeting just "what you want". Ordered to go no napkins or fork for my chili cheese fries!
