Johnny Rockets, if you're going to charge me $9 for a burger, it should not be dry, burnt and overall lackluster. I can get a much tastier burger, much more, better tasting fries and a drink at Five Guys for almost 50% less than what you guys are charging and 100% less hassle.

Every time I see a new burger place I want to try it. It's my favorite food....I never expect delicious food from the food courts at the mall..lol but man, this place is good! Probably the second best burger I've tried...and I've paid double for a good burger...but this one wins! I want to come back...also the cheese fries were tasty! & The staff was nice and didn't get nasty when I asked for more cheese on my half eaten fries...hey I like my cheese ok soy gorda
My friend and I had an awful experience at this Johnny Rockets today. For whatever reason, they made my friends meal twice, and ironically got his order wrong the second time. Then, I had to wait an absurd amount of time for my burger, only eventually did the guy in charge come by and ask me what I wanted. As I'm being handed my burger, it turns out I was only charged for a single patty. Now not to sound entitled or anything, but most places let that slide on them, but no, I had to go back to the register and pay an extra 2.50 on top of the already ridiculous $16 'meal' consisting of a shake, burger and fries.
Great burgers and shakes! I had the @1770 calorie bacon double cheeseburger. Wow, it was nice and juicy just the way a burger should be. Right now this is the top burger spot over all others. Good stuff!
Amazing burger! I had The Rocket and my sister had The Original. I will go back to the mall just for a burger
I went this shop today 3 pm . One of the staff member ( female) were standing inside the shop and chatting with her friends.We asked to her" do you have coffee ". She just ignored us and chatting with her friends . It's really a bad experience. How can you run your restaurant with these kind of staff. Horrible
