Delicious breakfast!! I had a dish called eggs in a basket and it was amazing. Two pieces of toast with an egg in the middle of each slice. Served with hasbrowns, biscuits, and turkey sausage. All for under $8. The store was amazing as well. 40% off beautiful Christmas items!
I went there on a Sunday with 2 other people, they told us that there would be a 30 minute wait however it turned out to only be 15 minutes. We were seated and already knew what we wanted to order and the food came out in 15 minutes all nice and hot. The food was amazing and tasty.
Sort of hidden from view, but I'm also new to the area so don't know if it's hidden for others. Interesting place with a shop attached to it. (My first time at a cracker barrel.) I just wished the butter was a little easier to spread. Other than that, service was good. I like the stars on the staff's aprons.
Lets be honest, you either love Cracker Barrel for its "country charm" or you hate it for the same reason. Its main advantage is easy access from the highway and fast service. We visited on a bus trip and we were in and out within an hour. It's not a place to go if you're trying to eat healthy, with heavy doses of gravy, butter, and oil on everything. Even an attempt at steamed broccoli seemed to be deliciously coated with butter.
I love Cracker Barrel. The food is great and different from most restaurants like it. They have the best service - they will make sure you enjoy your meal. I also love the atmosphere - with the real fireplace and all.
