I am amazed to see this company has an overall five star rating . I visited the store today inquiring about repairing a 16 inch gold Cuban link child chain. The price quote I was given was $36!!!! I have had this chain repaired before at other jewelers for $10. I went to another jeweler a few miles away and had the chain repaired for $8, service was done within 10 minutes. Think twice before you spend your money at this establishment.
