This places sucks ! Me & my brother got name plate necklaces for christmas .. not even three months and there already breaking ! Not only that but they have VERY bad service . Do not go here
I then left the store and returned the watch to my grandma. She quickly noticed that TWO links were removed and the watch did not fit. This place sucks. Do not go here.
i bought a ring from this store.It did not fit me as the size was big. But the jeweler fixed the size on the spot right away while i was shopping. After fixing it fits me perfect. I think this is the best jeweler in town. I was so happy. I definitely shop here again.

I went to Dynasty Jewelry to get a link removed from a watch for my elderly grandma. I requested that one link to be removed. The employee whom I believe is the owner told me it could be done for 10 dollars. I accepted the offer and was asked to return in 10 minutes. When I returned I was asked to wait another two minutes. A few minutes later the owner returned with the watch. He handed the watch to me, but didn’t give me back the link. I asked for the link back. He insisted that I didn’t need the link. I once again insisted that he return the link to me. He finally went to the back room and returned with my one link.
