DON'T USE THEIR REPAIR SERVICE......Not only do they not disclose where and who their repair service is but their repair service thinned out the shank of my ring. They claim they didn’t, I know they did and neither Kay Jewelers nor the repair shop will own up to the damage done. Shame on them!!!!
