Love the Store...Period!! Cashier very Friendly & Courteous....signed me up w/points Hallmark Card & was able to use my points on the spot..will go back
Terrible customer service. Bought 2 items - paid cash & with a gift card. I was told when I tried to return one item, the refund could only be done as a store credit. Since the gift card was $25 and that paid for the shirt I did not return, I find it ridiculous that they refused to refund me the cash I spent. I feel like it's always a headache in there. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable gift store.
This was the only time I was in this store but the store was very clean and everyone was very nice.
