While I was in line, the cashier took a customer call asking for floral tile. She placed the caller on hold, asked another worker passing by who said "just tell them we dont have it". That is what she did, while mumbling to herself, what is floral tile? She should have asked the caller for more info and if still unsure of the item, found another more knowledgeable coworker. I was the only customer in the store and it was not busy.
Employees are helpful. Prices are reasonable. Store is full of everything for your artistic person.

Staff at framing and front of store, in Milford, were fabulously helpful, I was really impressed. Previously I have not had such great experiences in that store.
