Ordered flowers for my wife flower arrangement was not what I ordered the guy was incredibly rude tried to say he was the owner and if this is true he is not a very good business man he kept calling me “bro” and getting nasty with me also when I told him that they had sent me the deluxe flowers when I ordered the premium he tried to down talk me and say he made them himself they did not look they were supposed to be presented as I tried to tell him the customer is usually always right as he laughed at me and said yeah ok but luckily he did bring another arrangement after I had to talk him into it for about 10 minutes since I paid so much money but there is no customer service they are over priced and rude the manager or owner whom ever he was was is horrible I don’t recommend them at all
We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Dillon's! The prices was so reasonable, the customer service was stellar, and the flower basket was even more spectacular than we thought it'd be. And to top it off, b/c delivery was local, there was no charge.
The manager who is a guy is literally a jerk. I had an appointment and wrote it down. I called that day to make sure and he was rude and said no it was yesterday. then i said out of courtesy could someone have called me if that were the case. he laughed, and then i re made an appointment, and he ended the conversation saying are you really going to remember or do i have to call you.. mind you this is for my wedding, and we have enough stress. if you see this your a jerk and i found a way cheaper better place, people the reviews are lies. there are so many better floral shops. don't waste your money on horrible people.

Ordering with Dillon's was so easy! Their website is professional and complete with photos of the arrangements. Prices are competitive, and delivery in Milford was free! My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement once she received it, and it was simply beautiful! She was delighted! I will definitely use Dillon's in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly!
