I'm a huge fan of the clothing at Express, but the customer service at the Express in the Milford mall has really gone downhill. I went there yesterday for a return and there were 3 employees behind the counter - two girls figuring out how a bathing suit top clips together and one guy watching videos on his phone. Not one greeted me or made eye contact right away and in fact the guy continued watching the video while he did my return! One of the many reasons I just shop online is to avoid these completely unprofessional situations.
