I recently brought my car in to get new tires. The tech who looked at my car was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had warned me of a few items on my car that were starting to look worn but took the time to explain to me how they were still safe to drive with and didn't pressure me into buying anything else that same day which I really appreciate. The tech further explained this was something I should keep an eye out for and could always call to make an appointment to come back and get it fixed. The service was great and I would definitely recommend this as an affordable service center!
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE EVERYONE IS A SCAM ARTIST!! Believe me I already paid for my mistake
Great place to get your car fixed! The level of service I recieved was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Had my car break down, but this place was able to fix it up right away, just in time for my upcoming classes. You can count on this place whenever you need repairs!
I scheduled an appointment to get them replaced when I came in I asked to show me when it was in the shop, they never came to get me and start with the brakes without my approval, after an hour of waiting I went to the front and reminded them I wanted to see the brakes, Chris said the mechanic was supposed to show me, so when they showed me the brakes the rears had 75% left and the front was like new, the same mechanic that originally recommended he didn't know what to say, he said the rear rotor was worped that's why they needed to be replaced but the fronts did not need replacement.
had a lot of problems with my car so I figured I stop at sears to get it checked out. I was greeted by tech named Derek super nice guy got my car checked out right away didn't make me wait or sit around for hours. finds out whats wrong and showed me what needed to be done. all in all deffinatly cheaper than dealer or some auto repair place. left with a perfectly good car with in just 2 hours.
I went in for an oil change and I was told I need brakes all around and that the backs had less then 1,000 miles.
The bottom line is they are crooks and tried to take advantage of me with brakes all around luckily they only robbed me for the rears .
HORRIBLE and now I see why so many stores are closing. I went in today to get prices on tires. The associate that was working barely acknowledged me, I was the only one there. I approached him and asked for prices on a brand tire, which he quoted me a price. I made a comment about it being pricey and he just looked at me, he could have suggested another brand, guess sales isn't important either. Awful customer service, no sales skills and over priced.
