Highly disappointed with the service. I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change and was convinced to get a $34.99 package (+ the extra cost of 2 additional quarts of oil because I drive a Nissan Pathfinder) which included a synthetic blend and 4 months of free road side assistance. Now that I look at the coupon, that also included synthetic blend so I realistically paid $14.95 for the 4 months of free roadside assistance. $80 later after replacing an air filter as well, I am told I need brakes all the way around and new tires. My tires are horrible, the steel is poking through and I am going to have a blow out on the highway. Yes, I am due for tires but had them looked at and did not notice any steel poking thru. After I left Meineke I noticed my tire pressure light was still on which is normal when i am due for an oil change. Once the oil change is completed and tires are properly filled, the light goes off. I also noted that my windshield washer light was also on. I called them immediately and we agreed I would return the next day so they can check it out. During my lunch hour I returned and watched as they filled my washer fluid. I asked that they check the tire pressure as well since the light was still on and check all the fluids to make sure there wasn't anything else they missed. I watched as he pulled the dip stick out for the oil and replaced it and walked in and said I was all set. I am sure their were other fluids to be checked but was to aggravated at this point to mention it. I did ask, " what about the tire pressure?" Dan told me that it's a bad scensor or the fact that my tires are bad. So, I went to the closest gas station, put air in my own tires and guess what???? The tire pressure light went off! What else did they forget to do? Did they even change my oil? I will never return there again.
Doug the General Manager and Master Technician, has time and time again saved my family money. Saved my dads engine, (now running at 225k miles) when other places wanted to replace it. He affordably replaced my mothers transmission. With my own car, after taking my car to a Ford dealership, where the dealership said I needed $980 in repairs and replacements. Doug found ways to keep it all under $300. Doug had even once driven to Trumbull for my sister. Overall, wouldn't ever go to any other. The man's also taken care of a few fluid problems free of charge. Honest and place for your car's troubles. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ .
