We will not be shopping here ever again, because they have an unfair return policy. You should have the right to change your mind with a receipt.
It was pretty expensive, okay quality. The mannequins are very oddly placed. They scared me as I was turning a corner. The young women working there were also either helpful or rude. It was quite a mixed experience, but I'm never goi g there again.
compare to the other "forever21" this store is a mess! Not organized at all and 95% of the store is for HER :)) you'll find few t-shirts only for men !!!
the only reason why i go here is to get cute clothes for cheap because why would you not, but the return policy is annoying considering I never wore the product but that's whatever. and the people that work there are rude..if you're going to be working with people, wouldn't you at least try and act like you like your job? I'm just here to buy clothes i'm not buying what kind of bad vibes these people give off
I wish I could give them negative five stars!!! The workers in this store are horrible!! Went there for Black Friday and was treated so rudely by at least 4 of the store associates including the manager!!! I WILL NOT be patronizing this forever 21 again. Even though it is closer to me than some of their other stores, but I'm willing to spend a little gas for good customer service!!!!!
My daughter and a friend of hers were taken to the Mall (12 and 13 years of age). The friend purchased a jacket for $17.95 - with cash. There was nothing wrong with it, but she changed her mind within 5 minutes of leaving the store and decided to return it. They were informed then that Forever 21 will not honor cash refunds, period - even though it had just been purchased and still had the receipt. She was given the choice to be stuck with the purchase or a store credit. The sign stating this policy was small and never pointed out, and only posted on the cash register. Buyer's be warned.
