I recently had an issue with a package where the tracking number showed it was being bounced around to different states seemingly without reason. I sent in a customer service request on the USPS website and the next day Scott from the Milford US Post Office location gave me a call and informed me he was monitoring the shipment and gave me an explanation of what must have happened (likely an incorrect ZIP code on the package). He kept me updated all the way through the package being delivered. Truly a great help and a very kind individual!
Office left my package on the stairs to my porch in the pouring rain, soaking the box and ruining the electronic inside. I have to place it in a bag of rice and hope it works because someone couldn't be bothered to place it two steps up onto the actual covered porch instead of on a staircase.
THESE ARE THE GREATEST GROUP OF WORKERS OF ALL THE POST OFFICES IN OUR AREA. ALWAYS POLITE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!
