This is a new trampoline park and it is a regurgitation of parks throughout Connecticut - Nothing new, no innovation... same old same old. The worst park I have been to is Launch in Hartford and made the mistake of going to Launch in Milford... forgetting they are the same company. I took a group of teens, ages 14 and 15, and they were not happy. The average age of participants was about 8-10 years old which is about the age range that will be wowed by this place. The only thing that will save this place is if no parks open near it - no competition will allow them to present a sub par experience. The absolute best park in Connecticut is Bounce in Danbury which we went to Only because we had a basketball tournament in that area. Below that is Sky Zone and Flight and way below that is Launch. If you have no reference point Launch could work for you but if you have been to many parks you will fully understand where I am coming from. Never returning, rated worst park in Connecticut (tied with Launch in Hartford).
Typical trampoline park. It has three dodgeball trampoline spaces. Three places to dunk a basketball ranging from small medium and large for children of all ages. One large trampoline spot with about 36 trampolines in it. And four ramps with a pad to jump off. All the walls are aligned with trampolines to minimize children getting hurt. Then it has one area with trampolines and a book big balloon type place to jump you can do flips on. The children seem to be pleased. I wouldn't recommend this for children over 12 13 years old . I think they would be bored .
Then it had a small arcade area. Which really wasn't anything big. It also has areas with picnic tables to have birthday parties and what not. Every 45 minutes they shut the lights down so the children can jump in the dark. You do have to buy your own socks which are mandatory at $2.50 per pair. Apparently they have anti-slip bottoms on them. Then they have a small area with tables to eat snacks or drink at. Which is located in the center so the parents can watch the children at all times. All in all it was a nice day and something different for the children to play at when it's cold out.
I was a little disappointed there were only four handicap spots for parking. The entire parking lot only has about 12 spaces directly out front they should all be reserved for handicapped. Then there's additional parking off to the side. People without disabilities could park there no problem.
I paid for a hr $15 lastime I went was 12$ I was told diffrent hrs in the day different pay never heard that one before. He didn't want to stay I wasn't even there 5 min I ask if I could get my money to stay for 30 min no refund I say we'll can u stay half hour and the other half in games I was told no the kids they have working there need training big time so disappointed will not be going there again...
Nice place for kids. Not to busy today which was good.
Birthday Party review. We did the Blast off Party and for $35 per kid I would expect more. They only got to jump for one hour, never got the private dodge ball game. Pizza was barely edible, quite disgusting and about 8 slices were brought out and then took another 10 minutes for more to come out so of course kids who did not have theirs including the birthday boy were get impatience until they got theirs then they were just grossed out because they pizza really was that bad. The party favor was a water bottle which was actually not to bad but there was only 3 very tiny pieces of candy in it so be sure to bring more to fill it up. After they eat they are not allowed to go back out to jump and no game tokens included. Socks are included with the party price but it would have been a better value to just pay for kids individual. For $20 kids could jump for two hours instead of one and the pizza, ice cream, popcorn and juice were not worth $15 per kid.
