My movers, Ed & Keyshawn were simply AMAZING! They were professional & very personable. They arrived on time & the quote was only off by 15 minutes. These 2 guys were great & I would hope if I ever need to move in the future that I am lucky enough to have movers like Ed & Keyshawn. I will definitely be using Collegian if the need arises in the future.
Collegian Movers ruined my storage items. Five vaults were stored with them. They returned them covered in mold, some with water lines from flooding or leaks, and even metal items were bent and corroded. They claim to be full service – what that means is they do not provide access to your items unless you hire their staff, the forklift, etc. at a cost comparable to a move. They also lost many of my items, including a piano, sofa and patio table! When found months after the move, they would not return them unless I signed a release saying I would not take legal action. When I refused to accept some of the most toxic items, they tried to charge a dump fee but staff said they would be cleaning things up and put them in an auction, a routine process apparently. Do not use them - I have lost almost an entire household of items including precious, irreplaceable possessions.
