Everyone here is super rude!!! Your better off going to the Trumbull location! My friend and I came into this store pushing 2 heavy boxes of dvds after we were told that we could return ALL of them for store credit, only to have a guy tell us that he can only can 60 since we are 2 people. Then to have another guy tell us he's only taking 30 because we came together! They need to better inform customers of this.

BEWARE! We stopped in here on a trip to the mall and bought a couple movies for the kids. I have since discovered that without my consent or knowledge, the store recorded my credit card number and has been charging me $11.99 a month for 5 months. The charges are appearing as FYE Backstage Pass. I am filing a police report against the store for wire fraud tomorrow.
How does this place stay in business?! The selection is great but the prices are outrageous. You can literally get every single item in the entire store new or used brand new on Amazon for often as much as 75% less. I mean who actually buys stuff here? Aside from the extremely rare times that you find some rare OOP item. I see no reason to shop here other than wanting too grossly overpay for stuff. Great to look around in, but not much else.
The Milford store has the worst customer service. They don't follow their return policy and make up policies as they go. If i could warrant 0 stars I would. No issues with other FYE stores, Milford needs to clean house and start from scratch.
