Great place to go and buy but the cashiers was to slow 32 minutes talking to a customer and then she didn't know how to praise the item, another 25 minutes for just 4 item.
Very disappointed in Lowes. I bought a Harbor Breeze fan from them. Over $200.00 and the motor makes a grinding sound. The manual says if this happens the motor is bad. I called the Harbor Breeze customer service line and was told they don't have that part, call Lowes. I called Lowes they said they don't have the part call Harbor Breeze. I said I already called there. They said then go to the store... no help at the store. All along they all said just return the fan for a nee one. This is a 60 in fan on a cathedral ceiling. I have get the fan down, return it and get the new one put up. By the was Lowes ownes Harbor Breeze. They are one in the same. The fact that the manual talks about the motor making noise tells me this is a common problem! I feel I should be compensated with a gift card for all the trouble with their low quality product.

The salesman in the hardware/glass section was a bit rude. Wanted to purchase a glass and get it cut and before I can get the measurement in he rudely stated "we do not cut many pieces". I just wanted one piece. Won't be going there again.
Excellent customer service. Friendly knowledgeable people. This is my Lowe's. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
