I went to this store about two years ago and had a man named Greg hook me up with an upgrade. I went a week ago and Greg was not there but I was happy to see that the staff was still amazing as usual. It honestly seems no matter when or who I go to at that store everyone is friendly. I will never go to any other Sprint store, I LOVE SPRINT!!!!!!!
I am writing this review about one of the people who work at this location. Cynthia was not only patient with the 4 lines I was adding and transferring a number to a different phone. She stayed after her scheduled hours to make sure we were all set up and good to go. I went in there 2 times after that with questions and again she was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and patient. Cynthia is GREAT!!! So I am giving Cynthia the 5 star rating!
I switch to Sprint not even 12 days. They suspended my service due to non payment. I was trying to call customer care (611) but couldn't make it, Because no service. I use my neighbor phone and called at Sprint store. They say there was a system error they are going to fix in few minutes. But it's been 24 hours Not fixed yet.
Casey is hands down amazing, and his assistant manager Mark is just an absolute peach I love it they make a great team. I will not shop anywhere else
We went in last night to upgrade our phones and Cynthia was absolutely amazing. She stayed late just to make sure everything was taken care of. Awesome customer service! Made every minute of the experience easy.
