Customer service is HORRIBLE here. The receptionist who took my call was so enthusiastic to hang up on me and she did just that!!! If I could rate this negative 10 stars I would!!!!!!
Extremely friendly and patient staff. I was a bit nervous for my kids' first visit but they all were fantastic and made us very comfortable. My kids can't wait to go back
I am so use to going to doctors in Waterbury and most of them have no clue what they are doing. I came to this office expecting the same results but I was wrong. The doctor is very skilled and new exactly what was wrong with me. She sent me to another specialist to confirm what she thought was wrong and she was right. I highly recommend them. Best experience ever. The receptionist is also very kind and made me feel very comfortable.

Seriously, if you have a kid, and they have teeth, GO HERE!! Hands down best experience ever. From when you first walk in to when you leave. They are great with your kids, knowledgable, and entertain them better than some amusement parks. Don't walk, run to this place.
