Food is good but some items I don't think you get the value you paid for

The first time I went, it was nice. The potato soup was very good. The second time, I was a little disappointed. I couldn't use my birthday rewards because it expired; however, when I used to get birthday rewards, they never expired. I could use it when I wanted. Next, the corn chowder soup and sandwich I ordered was just okay, nothing special. The kids turkey sandwich had thick bread and no mayo or anything, just turkey and cheese. It was too dry for my son. He didn't eat it. (I didn't complain because someone else paid for lunch.) Lastly, I ordered a kitchen sink cookie, which was delicious. I also ordered the new "triple chocolate" cookie, which replaced my favorite chocolate duet that they got rid of. The cookie was RAW in the middle. Raw dough! I had already left by the time I tried it. I ended up having to microwave it the next day so it wouldn't go to waste. PLUS, they still don't have the do-it-yourself kiosks. They have some coming up to do.

Very good food there. However, an annoying practice of the establishment is to ask for a charitable donation. Nothing intrinsically wrong with it, but I visit a restaurant with the sole purpose of having a good meal paying for food, service and taxes only

Inside new shopping plaza, newly constructed in 2015/2016. Has a drive thru! Drive thru service is very fast. Plenty of seating inside and in the outdoor patio. Inside has a nice cozy fireplace. Food is just like any other Panera. Kid friendly, clean restrooms, and overall my go to local Panera. The only drawback is th parking lot is shared with a nearby Verizon, which often means no nearby parking. Getting in and out can be kind of annoying, too.

I like the sandwiches and soup here. They are very delicious. Also the pastries are a plus. Overall a good and healthy food for your soul.
